Many people are complaining about Swivel Sweeper which I think is a little bit unfair to the merchant. You need to be aware of the following:

1. It works effectively like a dust pan. It will never replace the function of a vacuum.
2. Swivel Sweeper works effectively on hard surfce. Do not use is on uneven surface like rug or cushion. Use vacuum instead.
3. The battery (this is the part where most people complain about!):charge time is dependent on the amount of power left in the batter after its last usage. They recommend that you charge the battery 6-6 hours after its power completely deplete. In addition, battery cannot be left in charger longer than 24 hours. Many people completely overlook the manual and start complaining about the battery quality. This instruction is taken from the manual. Most people completely overlook it and start complaining about the batter after few months.
